Status Post #2: 2 months in!

As of yesterday, March 6th, I have been exercising and eating healthy for two months.

Granted, this past month there was some drawbacks:
  1. Snowtorious B.I.G which kept me out of the gym for a whole week
  2. My cold... which led to fewer and less intense workouts for another week
Not a great month... but, plenty of GREAT things happened!
  1. I went on my first mile run without stopping, meaning my body is a lot stronger
  2. I have kept up my diet very well, despite traveling and obscure hankerings
  3. Despite obstacles, I am still hitting the gym 3-6 times a week
  4. My clothes fit a lot better
  5. I am starting to see real results :-) Check it out!

My legs are getting ripped... now I need to focus on my arms!

And, a HUGE deal right here... I can fit into my size 6 gap jeans again! Yeah, sure, they were a little big for 6's, but who cares! I can fit into them again!!!!


I have not been on a scale recently, but the above changes are proof enough to me that I am on the right track and things are really starting to change for me!

My goals for this next month:
  1. To do more upper body work; at least 20 minutes 2-3x a week to start out
  2. Less alcohol; I am abusing being a "student" too much!
  3. To run some more and see if I can get my tolerance up to run 2 miles are so some days
  4. Try to have less soda and other artificial sweeteners!!
